Yum! Ribs

I made beer roasted ribs the other night. They were good and even better with the Rudys. I need to figure out how to smoke meat in the winter. Grete was a big fan too. At least one of my kids likes meat!

Since RJ wouldn't eat the ribs, he provided us with some dinner entertainment....On a sidenote....looks like someone inherited the "Youngdahl" hair! :-) I can't believe how thick his hair is getting!

Don't mess with a girl and her ribs!
