Halloween

The kids had a great Halloween. Reuben insisted on wearing the same costume as he did last year. It didn't fit him very well, but I wasn't going to argue with him. We did have a pair of brown fleece pants that he wore instead of the bottoms as the bottoms were about 3 inches too short. I had gotten a gorilla costume for Grete but she freaked out when she saw it so she ended up being a Dallas Cowboy's cheerleader. She wasn't too thrilled about that at first but when we arrived at the Halloween Carnival she warmed up to the idea. We did take the kids out to a few houses and they really had fun with that especially when they realized that they got candy. RJ wanted to go again the next day! We ended our evening over at Auntie Martie and Uncle Seth's house for a drink and to watch some of the game.
